Men in the Middle Ages lived about 30 years maximum. If you were richer and you were lucky, you would live up to about 40-50 years old. But this was a very rare case. ----- Most people who lived through infancy could expect to live to about 50, or older. Life expectancy at birth was about 25 for nearly all classes of people. The reason for this was not that people died at 25, but that half the babies died.
