Jordan Romero, an American mountaineer, successfully climbed Mount Everest on May 22, 2010, at the age of 13, making him the youngest person to reach the summit at that time. He began his expedition in early May and reached the summit after several days of acclimatization and climbing. The entire expedition took about two months, including preparation and ascent.

Anyone can climb Mount Everest if you are over 16 and have high altitude climbing experience. Today most companys will not take anyone on unless you have experience and the money to pay for your part of the expedition.
I dont think so. Expedition companys pay Guides and Sherpa's to take climbers to the summit.
