It depends on how much the ticket was for...like how many mph over the speed limit.
I don't think anyone can really determine that, i think it all depends on the judge they see for that ticket

In the UK they will remain on your licence for four years.
Any points relating to speeding offences will remain on a UK licence for 4 years from the time of the conviction. See the link below.
In Canada it is 3 years
It depends on local legislation.
Yes- Uniform Traffic Code agreement between states.
The speeding fine, or points, or endorsements, are usually on your license for 4 years. After this time you can send your license off to D.V.L.A. and have it removed for a fee.
for ever
The minimum penalty for speeding is 3 points on your licence and £100 fine. When your speed exceeds the limit by 45% or more (such as 51mph in a 30mph), you are at risk of losing your licence.
Points do carry over onto your Ontario licence from New York. usually with a difference of 2 points.. So say you received a 6 point for driving 21-30mph over the posted limit which also carries a possible licence suspesnion.. If you are found guilty of that your Ontario licence could include a possible licence suspension and 4 demerit points on your Ontario licence which could effect your insurance...
