Yes but have to wait like 3 years to get a CCW
I do know of someone who received a CCW with an OTH from the Army Reserve. However, he had an Honourable Discharge from the Regular Army prior to receiving his OTH from the Reserve, and this was in the State of North Carolina, which conducts a very extensive background check before issuing a CCW. If you're able to purchase a handgun without the transaction being denied, then you should be able to get a CCW.
Yes as long as no weapons charges were filed against you ( they are usually felonies) however CCW permits, which are issued through sheriff's department's, may not be issued to you at the discretion of the sheriff depending on your background check. Violent tendencies are frowned on when issuing CCW permits. Remember to always register your firearms too. Any side-stepping of fire arms laws can result in felony charges.
The short answer is yes. As long as you have a CCW permit that is valid within whichever state you are currently in, you can have a concealed handgun in your vehicle.
CCW - album - was created in 1992.
CCW stands for Carlisle Coatings & Waterproofing, and they sell waterproofing products for houses. There is also another CCW, which is an outdoor clothing store.
I understand CCW permits in Florida can be obtain by almost anyone. If a tow truck driver has a CCW he is legal....
You would have to check with your local Sheriff's Office. Although you may be able to hunt with a long weapon (if VA restored your firearms privilege), I do not think you are eligible for a CCW permit.
Virtually everything in our solar system rotates or orbits counter-clockwise (CCW), as seen from a location high above the North Pole. The Sun spins CCW, all the planets orbit CCW, 6 of the 8 planets spin CCW (Venus hardly spins at all, and Uranus' spin is parallel to the ecliptic). The Moon, like everything else, orbits CCW and spins, one spin per orbit, CCW.
