Toy Poodles can live for 12 - 14 years.
it can usually live up to 16 years, it is very rare if a dog can live up to 20 years.
okay first what type of dog is it? if its a mutt then probably depends on what its mixed with but if its mixed with a long and a short haired then most likely it will be long haired. my dog is a pure bred toy poodle and she has long ish hair
A bichon is a member of a class of toy dogs with curly or wavy hair and long curled tails.
The oldest living Bichon in 2014 was 20 years old. The average is 12 - 15 years, but the oldest living Bichon Frise (according to records of the Kennel Club) was 21 when he died. I was happy to hear about this as I own a Bichon Frise which I thought was mixed with another breed, but was recently told by a person (breeder) when I was out walking my dogs that she was full Bichon Frise. When I did the research that person was right. It was wonderful to hear that they are a long living breed. It's difficult at best to have to part with a loyal friend.
This would depend on its breed.
The Shih Tzu is not hypoallergenic, yet it does not sheds as much as most other dog breeds.
'Toy' had long been used to describe the smallest dog breeds. Therefore the smallest poodle is a Toy poodle.
according to http://www.hoflin.com/br/Bichon%20Frise The bichon frise may have came from the Canary islands in the fourteenth century.
