It can vary depending on the type of cupcake you are making, but usually between 15-25 minutes. I always bake mine somewhere in between, then insert a toothpick in the middle to see if they're baked all the way through. If the toothpick comes out with batter on it, bake them a minute or two longer and then check them again. If they are done, when the toothpick is inserted into the middle, it will come out clean. Be careful not to over-bake them. Remember, they will continue to cook a short time longer even when removed from the oven.
