That turkey is way too big.
I recommend sticking to 14 lb'ers in the future, you can do 2 instead and they will cook better and be more moist in the end.
Completely thaw the turkey and carefully cut it in half. Alton Brown has some advice on this, if you can find it on Foodnetwork.com....but basically, get a super sharp knife. Start at the breastbone, cut through that, then cut through one side of the back bone. You can also remove the legs and wings and cook them separately. Place in a large pan or roaster (or 2, the whole thing probably won't fit in one). Season with desired seasonings (my fav is salt, pepper, sage butter, and a half maple/half water baste and some bacon grease.). Cook as usual. May want to use some foil to help with even cooking.
This response is probably way late but hope you had a happy holiday regardless.

Turkeys cook 20 minutes per pound stuffed (15 minutes per pound unstufffed) at 350 Fahrenheit.
at what temperature and for how long do you cook an 11pound unstuffedturkey
A 14.5 kg turkey should cook in the oven for about 6 hours. It is important to check the temp when the turkey is done cooking.
About 4 to 4.5 hours. If you have a probe thermometer that can be in the oven, use that. Remove the turkey when the breast temp (don't hit the bone) hits 161 degrees (yes, most say 165, but the birds going to keep cooking when you remove it from the oven).
Roast at 325 to 350 degrees. Size of turkey will define how long to cook but the internal temp of the bird (@ breast) should be 185 degrees.

700 degrees for only 8 hours
About five hours, but start checking it around the four and a half hour mark.As a note of caution: Never defrost a chicken or turkey outside of the refrigerator, because bacteria can begin to grow in uncooked meat.
The best way to cook a turkey breast cutlet is to preheat the oven to a temperature of 350 degrees. Cook the turkey for at least 15 to 20 minutes until the internal temperature is 170 degrees.
Six hour and forty minutes you should cook a turkey about three pounds and hour
