Doughnuts are essentially fried balls of dough. You could fry it again, but it would become hard and greasy.
You can add frozen corn to things all of the time (like soups, goulash, etc.) and it turns out just fine. Frozen corn carries more water (ice), so take that into account. You can stir fry other frozen vegetables as well, like snow peas.
There's really no temperature set for frying many things in a Deep fat fryer (I'm assuming you mean this). A Good base temp, however, is 300 degrees Fahrenheit
Keep it oustside for atleast 20 minutes and then you fry it without using oil cause when you fry it its fats and oil comes out which is enough for frying it out. fry it for about 5-10 minutes.
