California Vehicle Code 22349 defines the maximum speed permissible on public highways.
CVC 4000A1 is a term for expired vehicle registration. If one is issued a citation due to violating the CVC 4000A1, proof of paid registration and/or payment of any fines incurred must be done by the date specified in the citation received. Failure to do so could result in further action by the Court.
$164.00 is the amount I had to pay, for citation number chp60081kb on 7/4/2009

Points on a license will only be incurred from a citation. If you were not cited then it shouldn't result as a point.
You are responsible because you are not allowed to drive an unregistered vehicle. it is your responsibility as driver of the vehicle to make sure everything is in order. However if your boss doesn't pay the fine for you he is a first class pr--k.
Yes
Vehicle code 40508 VC is a failure to appear in court on a traffic citation. It is a misdemeanor under California law and has a statute of limitations of one year from the date of the infraction.
I think basically what it is in plain terms, the officer who issued the citation screwed up and did something wrong on the original cite. He then fills out this doc and delivers it as proof of his correction so the citation is not thrown out of court for being issued wrong.
Installing a windshield is not a "do it yourself" weekend project. There are safety issues that the mainstream people do not realize such as the windshield is a part of the structural integrity of your vehicle for stabilization
In California, all windows can be covered except the Front Windshield, Drivers Window, & Front Passenger Window, and you have the proper left and right side view mirrors.
I received a fine for $285 in Los Angeles County in 2013.
