There actually is a 16th gag track. I just happened upon it in my own toontown account. However, it says you have to become a member in order to do it. I found that you just have to go to the npc and get the task(its a very long but easy task).

This depends on if you kept the same account, user name, and password and how long you left your account before becoming a member for a second time. If you asked Moshi Monsters to delete your account, then no, they would not be there.

u hav 2 subscribe. go on 2 toontown and download the game. u normally get a 3 trial 4 howeva long u lyk but the members hav beta stuff on it so u just click the 'upgrade 2 memebers' button or it'll say sumthin lyk that.
