I'd wait 2-3 weeks then change to a shorter bar. Go to your piercer to do it so that they can be sure that its ready to change. And so that it'll be autoclaved jewelry
Typically you should wait at least 30 days before changing the tongue bar that you were pierced with. A shorter surgical steel tongue bar may be put in to replace the original tongue bar after swelling in the tongue goes down.
month or 2
A Tongue Ring??? I don't know. Edit: I think you're referring to a 'tongue-stud'
No. A tongue stud is too long to be a good nipple ring. You'd wind up catching it on something and then you'd really be sorry.
go see your doctor i could be infected and if you leave it too long you could have tongue problems :/
No
No one understands your ungrammatical/incomplete sentence. Also, there really is no such thing as a tongue ring, though there theoretically could be. I believe you mean a tongue STUD.
It means there is a small metal stud or ring going through your toungue.
maibe because you left food in your tongue
as long as an elephant tongue
If you are reffering to an inside corner stud at an intersecting wall , it is so the drywall on the wall being intersected can run continuesly behind that stud.
If you have had your tongue ring for 2 years, you should be able to leave it out for a few hours without any issues. However, it's best not to leave it out for an extended period of time as the hole can close up quickly, especially in the first few years after getting the piercing. Be cautious and monitor how your tongue reacts to longer periods without the ring.
