Hold the valve stem until enough air has gotten out of the tire.
The photos you take first are the Nessie "loops" in the water, from the rowboat, and the snow footprint in the Himalayas. Neither is good enough evidence.

You need to click the left tire and press the valve.
There is no wrench on Cryptids Island. At Loch Ness, click on the left tire, then click and hold the valve stem to let the air out of the trailer tires. At New Jersey, you can cut the lock from the dumpster with bolt cutters from Puerto Rico (upper left star on the jeep map).
On Cryptids Island to let the air out you must first offer to help the gentleman. Click on the truck tire and click down on it til enough air comes out. He will then reward you for your kind being and thoughtfulness.
