You will be very tempted to give up & go back to using to alleviate the physical & emotional turmoil you will experience. I would not suggest you do this alone.suboxone& methadone clinics help, but they require a time commitment, you could be in rehab for years along with counseling. have faith in yourself, you are stronger than you think. Do it for you tho, not for anyone else. you really have to want to get sober, otherwise you will relapse.

The worst of the withdrawals may last 3-5 days. You may still feel ill up to 10 days or so but not nearly as bad as you did.
