Not a long time.......my doc says 48 hrs. I am currently in treatment using suboxone, and I have to be tested for what is in my system each time I see him. The first visit, I have oxycodone in my urine and he would not prescribe the suboxone. Told me to stay off oxy's for 48 hrs and it would be out. I went back to see him 72 hrs later and I was clean. So, I can say for sure it will be out in 72 hours, but my doc claims it doesn't take any longer than 48 hrs. Unless you have been using oxycodone everyday for a long time. In which case, you should give the full 5 days to vacate your system.

Any opiate will stay in your urine for up to four days (but usually 3 if you drink lots of H2o) but beware opiates stay in your blood for 7-14 days! If you need to be clean you should go to your local head or herbal med store and purchase "Vale" it's a liquid you drink before your test that will prevent a false positive on your urine test.
