Somewhere around the 2 year mark although there have been reported cases of a 4 year old but that's rare
definitley syrian. they live longer and are waaay less wild then dwarf hamsters. the dwarfs we used to have batted bit and were wild. the syrians and teddy bear hamsters we had were calm and easy to take care of. First time owner: don't hold your hamster for the first couple of days or they may get wet tail :)
Fuji.
Cricetidae family
No!!!! They will fight till one of them is severely injured or dead.
They have developed from Syria and from that comes the Syrian, golden, or teddy bear hamster. Hope I helped!
no they only live to about 2 years old definetly not !
No because they can get lost . And if you have a cat in your neighbourhood the cats can eat your teddy bear hamster. so NO!!!
A teddy bear hamster is a type of syrian hamster and can be identified usually by their golden fur. Russian dwarf hamsters are much smaller than syrian hamsters so it is easy to tell them apart
The average for a hamster is about 2-2 1/2 but they can live to about 3 years in exceptional cases!
Hamsters are very territorial creatures (with the ecxeption of dwarf hampsters) they will most likely fight. As long as you spend a lot of time with your hampster, it's good to only get one.
They should be able to but I would put them together in a box or something first to see how they get along, and if they show signs of fighting, I wouldn't put them together
Syrian Hamsters will kill and eat a gerbil, do not put them together in the same cage.
