Answer 2:The above answer is not really correct, especially for ALL parts of the world. In North America, barley is sown in the spring, between April and May. It is then harvested right after a killing frost, which is from September to October.From the time it is seeded to harvest, depending on the cultivar, it takes around 3 to 4 months for the cereal crop to grow and reach maturity.
