If you are in one jail in one county and another put a hold on you how long before they come and get you
If you got arrested in Florida and have a warrant in a different state, the state that issue a warrant has 30 days to come get you or else Fl has to release you. My boyfriend is going threw it right now.
Depends on what the warrant's for. If they want to get a hold of you, and they find out you're located in another county, they simply ask the County Sheriff's Office in that county to pick you up.
Usually, they have to come get you befor your sentence in the other place is up. Ask your lawyer.
Yes and each county charges a different fee.
County hold means that you have a outstanding arrest warrant in another county and you are being held for 10 days. The other county has 10 days to pick you up or you will be released from jail as long as you do not have a case pending in the county you are in jail at.
Yes they will. They will take you to hennepin county and wait for the green light from aonka. At which point Anoka will come and pick you up and bring you back to anoka county for processing and court if needed.
Yes. They can file for your extradition back to the county you committed the crime.
They can hold them as long as they need to for the state of Indiana to pick them up. Unfortunately in this type of situation you are at the mercy of both states - Oakland could release them and have Indiana issue a warrant for their arrest or hold them for extradition as long as they want. The crimes are probably pretty serious if Indiana is willing to come pick you up for extradition so it probably won't take long (not more than a month).
Check out 101things.com.It tells you everything you need to know about planning a trip to Sonoma County. They're really the best I've come across for info. They also have a printed magazine you can pick up most anywhere in SOnoma County. Enjoy your trip!
Until the inter-county paperwork to transfer you is completed. Since you've been charged under Florida law, your incarceration anywhere in Florida counts the same as if you were incarcerated in the county in which you commited the offense.
