Unless you apply to the court to have it legally expunged, the record of any offense or any conviction will always remain on your drivers record history.
Life.
Operating systems are being created and improved constantly, so there is not, and will hopefully never be, a "last" operating system.
My last criminal conviction was in August 1999. I served 8 and ahalf years, and completed supervised release. In April 2012 I will make five years as a law abiding individual. I am in the process of gathering information in order to complete my application for a "certificate of good conduct." However, I would like to apply for a NYC TLC license since the demand for drivers is so high in NYC and I haven't been able to gain employment with my current CDL class A license, mostly due to little experience. Can I get a TLC license after serving on a felony conviction?
You must be at least 21 and have held a driver's license for at least 3 years. You must be able to read and speak English. You must not have been convicted of a felony within the last 10 years, or a moving violation within the last 3 years.
Without knowing WHAT the felony offense is, the question cannot b answered. Some felony crimes do not have any statute of limitations.
If you currently have a felony, you may certainly be one of the last on the list, but an employer cannot discriminate, they have to at least consider you
Forever now THATS a VERY hard one to get off of your record and its worse then a regular felony too
no
never!
A Cosmetology License has to be renewed every 2 years.
Florida residents can usually still obtain a Florida insurance license if they have a misdemeanor as long as they are not in the process of completing any outstanding requirements by the court or in the process of paying fees.
