The soonest is, i think, 8 hours, but you should wait a lot longer because it will hurt the guinea pig and be very stressful for her if you mate her so quickly.

∙ 15y agoThe babies will usually feed as soon as they are dry. The mama may make the first borns wait until she is finished giving birth to all of the babies. This is normal with these animals.
