This all depends on the specie of the gecko, how long does it take to reach maturity? How big is the gecko at adulthood? what are the temperatures? Typically, most gecko eggs will hatch 70-120 days to hatch.
You are human and can not change into other things or panthers. It is physically impossible. You will never be a panther. Be happy to be human.

Panther geckos are a very small species even as adults. With a total length of 4-6" they are very fragile. A baby of this species cannot be held with force. It will take some getting used to for the small guys to learn that you are no threat, and with time they should loose their timidness.
It might be from being in their cage too long. Just take the hamster out for awhile and clean the cage and if it doesn't improve take it to the vet.
