How long does a pretty bad sprained ankle take to heal 100 percent. This is my second time and it's been like almost 3months but it still is very sensitive and sometimes hurts a little.?

Sometimes a sprain can take longer to heal than a simple fracture. Wear an ankle support like they sell at most drug stores. No running or sports for another 2-3 weeks. Keep it elevated when seated. Gently exercise by flexing [ point toe straight, then back towards your shin] , and by rotation. Make circles with your toe, leg straight, 30 clockwise, and 30 counterclockwise, but be gentle! If you still have weakness ,or swelling or pain after this mini-rehab, please go to an orthopedist. And make sure the brace allows for good support AND good circulation. If your toes are cold or numb, it's too tight.
