Until your 18th birthday, whereupon your record will become sealed to the public.
This is rubbish - the answer is - convictions stay with you for life! Dont confuse SPENT convictions with all convictions - If a job is exempt from the Rehabilitation ACT - It can go back to your first offence - no matter how old - the only exception is through Royal Pardon - BUT! the police normally do not delete anything and that is the INJUSTICE. If a job is applied for - say in schools or nurseries - then they apply for an ENHANCED CRB and it is always granted - You are therefore stuck with your record till you die. The Rehabilitation Act means you will always be a criminal - Once a conviction becomes spent then you can leave it of the application unless it is Rehabilitation exempt.

A conviction of minor in possession in Michigan is a criminal conviction and stays on a person's record forever in Michigan. The only way it won't is if there is a successful motion to set aside the conviction.
An arrest that does not end in conviction will not appear on any background search records. However, police will keep a record of the interaction on file for legal purposes.
cuber crime is nothing good.
In Iowa, the judicial system tries to teach the minor about the wrongdoings of shoplifting rather than punish them. There are many options that can happen if a minor is caught shoplifting. They can be released to their parents, put on probation, pay restitution, and/or ordered to attend counseling. If the minor is a repeat offender, they may be sent to a juvenile detention center.

Yes, but you can get the convicted sealed which means that nobody can seal that conviction except for if you apply for a job as law enforcement, FBI, CIA, DEA, things like that. But all other jobs will not be able to see your conviction.
once you have completed probation and this case is closed, the court allows You to petition the court to have minor offenses removed from your record. Not saying you will be successful, but it is possible, depending on the circumstances of your case.
No, they can detain you, but have to wait for the authorities to perform a search
Absolutely. Even a minor conviction prevents people from getting scores of jobs, volunteer opportunities etc. Pardons in Canada seal a criminal record and are an effective remedy to this problem.
not true, you have to be 18 without parental consent. if you are a minor in Oregon with parental consent you can get one done. Nowhere. Tattooing minors is illegal in Oregon, even with parental consent. You cant get a tattoo in Oregon as a minor even with parent consent it is still illegal in Oregon
Yes! I had mine taken for that when i was 16. Finger printing as well.
