It takes 3-4 days before antibiotics kick in so you feel better and you usually eat it for 10 days at least. When, and if, you develop a yeast infection can be at any time. There is no guarantee you will get one or not.

The treatment is supposed to clear the yeast infection, if it hasn't then go to your doctor for another round of treatment and make sure it's not something else.
