Their shipping and customer service are the worst. In the USA, the average wait time is two weeks. Now, the problem is it is sent on a plane from the UK way before then. From what I've seen on the tracking website, your package is in the USA and just stuck in a city nearby for two weeks. Then the small company Asos pays to send it to USPS or FedEX FINALLY hands it over. After that you will get it within a few days. Asos needs to cut out the middle man and just mail through UPS on all packages. A lot of their packages get lost.
