Crack is just a diluted, easier-to-smoke form of cocaine. So, it takes as long as cocaine does to leave the body: approximately 72 hours (3 days). But you might want to wait 5 or 6 days, just to be safe.
There is a wide range of detection times, by stay in your system 7-10 days the probably mean in your urine (or in your blood). It also depends which scientists you ask or which studies you look at. There are also different cutoff levels. The NIDA recommends calling more than 300 ng/ml benzoylecognine in urine a "positive". If a scientist with proper equipment wanted to they could find 5 ng/ml in your urine (which might be around 3 weeks after you last used).
Most likely, for a small amount (a few uses, not using large amount), cocaine metabolites will be detectable (above 300 ng/ml) in urine for 2-3 days. For moderate use, 3-5 days. In chronic cases it has been up to 14 days. In at least one case, it was detected 22 days later.
yes it usually stays in your system for 7-10 days
A little bit longer than other things...about 6 days...maybe 7 to be safe.

You can trace many things in a urine test, including foods, drinks, etc. Just as they would trace pot, crack, meth, alcohol, etc. It depends on if they are looking for it and how long its been in your system.
You should be able to pass a standard urine drug test within about a week.
