It should start working in about an hour, and will continue to be active for several hours. Keep drinking clear fluids!
Mag Citrate is very effective and most recommended therefore it takes a while for it to kick in but not very long. As long as you drink plenty of water, then it shall work very well. Mag Citrate can be purchased at any drug store.

Yes, Mag Mel goes to Vestal to take her back he gets past the two weirdos and takes her home.
This all depends on how good of a connection you have. Sorry I don't have an exact answer.
You have to take the mag, and screwdriver (+). Unscrew all screws on the mag, then throw it in the toilet. Go to Evike or ASGI and get a Drum or Beta mag!
No mods are needed to take the other mags, just tear the rifle down, when you do this the stock 10 round mag will fall out! then put it back together and your new mag will fit but, keep in mind the sks is not made to have detach mag!
Lets say its an M4. Any M4 mag will work. Lets say its a MK36. Any MK36 mag will work. If its designed for the gun, it will work.
Yes. The .327 Magnum is one of the FEW exceptions to the "do not try this rule". It can fire .327 mag, .32 H&R Mag, .32 Long, and .32 S&W.
Yes. The 44 special is a bit shorter than the 44 magnum, so it will fit in the cylinder of the 44 mag. The reverse won't work, however. A 44 mag cannot be fired in a revolver chambered for the 44 special because the 44 mag is too long and won't fit in the cylinder of the 44 special.
