My six baby hamsters (pups) are 16 days old today and this is the first day they started to open their eyes. One has eyes wide open, some just barely open, and one not open yet so it varies by hamster but typically 15-18 days old.

∙ 15y agoHamster babies usually open their eyes at 5-12 days. If it takes longer do not worry, just take them to the hamster hospital ( H.H. ). If you don't do that it will have a disease and it will give it to everyone in the cage ( even the mommy ). Watch out!
