Rabbits are non-monogamous... Which means unlike some species like swans they do not mate for life.

Instead a rabbit will reproduce with whatever other rabbit is around as long as it is of the opposite gender. The concept of "love" isn't one that's involved in mating in most species.

Rabbits typically become sexually mature at around 6 mo.s old and will stay that way until they are 4-5 years old. Rabbits can breed at any time but do have periods of increased reproductivity.

That being said rabbits can become attached to another rabbit significantly. This has nothing to do with mating and could be construed as "love" and is normally signified through cuddling, grooming and running together. This can happen very quickly or never happen at all... Much like a human will not always fall in love with someone. It is an individual situation.
