Just as long as the normal one. But if you need to know exactly how much time it takes, maybe about two to three days. If you use this cheat, your sim will have a baby in a matter of minutes:
boolprop testingcheatsenabled true
Then shift-click on your sim and select "Spawn" on Spawn will come a menu of things, and click "Tombstone of L&D" or "Tombstone of Life and Death". Then click on Tombstone of L&D and click "Speed up my pregnancy" and your sim will start to get her bumps in no time.
WARNING: Your sim has to be pregnant before you use the speed up my pregnancy cheat. Also, you have to be on the neighborhood to enter the boolprop cheat. Then go to your household, if you see a list of numbers in the right hand top corner, than that means you've entered it correctly. With boolprop you can drag your Needs up and down, but beware, for if you drag the Hunger meter all the way down, your sim will die. You can also increase Skills with boolprop.
