Yeah, i broke mine completely. snapped all the way through. it feels fine after 3 weeks, but don't have sex or anything for at least 6 weeks.
If you can pull back your foreskin without it hurting, its healing. to wash it, gently pull it back. too hard and you could go back to square one!! Try sudacrem or some other healing cream to help it along.
So no sex, masturbation or any other excessive movement of the foreskin for at least 6 weeks.
