Each vein actually has its own timer. It depends on the location, type of ore, and time of day. There is no real way to tell when a vein will spawn, so you just have to keep coming back to certain areas to see if it is back yet.
Teremus the Devourer takes between 24h and 48h to respawn.
It takes around 17 seconds in highly populated world.
The time for a Yew to respawn can range from 60 to 98 seconds, with the time shortening as more players are logged in to that world.
