Just like adults, babies can have a bit of trouble adjusting to different time zones during extended trips . you may have change the schdule for the baby according to current time zone and also help him to adjust as soon as possible it will take some time

It usually takes about 3-4 days to get completely used to it. It differs between people. People who switch time zones a lot take less time, and vice-versa.
