How long does it take for braces to work?

I am not a medical professional so i don't really know the full answer but from what i have been told it takes on average between 24-36 months for braces to be fully affective and still then you may still need to wear a retainer for a certain period of time

an hour give or take DONT GET THEM, unless your teeth are really messed up where its hard to eat or that sort of thing... only models or actors should get them.

I would love to write a book on just how bad my experience was with them.

It takes around 30-60-90 minutes, depending on how bad your teeth are, you should get braces if you want and /or need them, and your orthodontist recommends them. :)

It depends, really, on how crooked your teeth are. My braces, for example, will be on for about 4 years because my teeth are so crooked. Your braces could be on for a few months, or a few years.

It depends on what you have done. Spacers and bite-plates are uncomfortable and take about a week or two to get used to. The actual braces aren't so bad, and you should usually be used to them within four or five days. When you get them off it usually takes some getting used to, too.

Well, it really depends physicly about 1 week, but mentally if people tease you about them it could take months!

well, it should only take two years. but, it does depend on if you get a retainer. if you do get a retainer that will be two more years. but just the braces are two year
