It depends on what epoxy product you are using from Locktite. Locktite is made up of a two part adhesive, an epoxy resin and a hardener. Once the resin is mixed with the hardener, the adhesive begins to set somewhere between 1-5 minutes, depending on the Locktite product used. Handling strength is typically reached between 5-10 minutes, depending on the Locktite product used.
Heat will loosen up the locktite.
