∙ 12y agoAccording to drugs.com the half-life of Zanaflex is about 2.5 hours, meaning 2.5 hours after you take it, about 1/2 the medicine is still in your system. Zanaflex is a short-acting medication, and its effects will be most noticeable between 1 and 6 hours after you take it.
