It's a small island close to Antarctica - with a large colony of penguins.
get the national pokedex
Half Moon Island does not exist in Pokemon Diamond, Pearl, or Platinum (or any Pokemon game). The only two islands named after moon phases are Full Moon Island and New Moon Island, and the closest place to either of these two islands is Iron Island.
Yes, the moon can be seen in Antarctica. However, the visibility may vary depending on the weather conditions and time of year. Antarctica experiences long periods of darkness during the winter months, which may affect the visibility of the moon.
Little San Salvador Island (or Half Moon Cay) is in the Bahamas
Auckland and Stewart Island.
I think Spectacle island, and Im pretty sure if that doesn't work go to Crescent Moon island during either no moon or full moon.
you have to get an action replay and choose run throgh any thing then you go to full moon island then go east or right to half moon island and you get to darkrai
There is a fullmoon island, which has a boat ride to it, and you find Cresselia there, and there is a NewMoon island, with darkrai, which you need a member's card item for, and THAT is only obtainable by Special Event or cheats. But there is not a "Halfmoon Island".
go to half moon island(where you got cressilia) and walk/run to the right until you get to new moon island. to
i did it by getting D's action reply and when Ur on half moon island go to the right and walk over the water to get there
