The Earth takes 364.24 days to make one complete trip around the Sun. This is in tropical time, i.e. the time it takes for the Earth to orbit the Sun, relative to the Earth. If you mean sidereal time, i.e. the time it takes for the Earth to orbit the Sun relative to some distant star, then the time is 365.26 days.
