If you have set the oven to about 450 degrees Fahrenheit, preheat it for approximately 10 minutes. Once all the mixture is applied onto the dish, put the tails inside the baking pan. Place the pan inside the preheated oven and then you can start baking it for about 20 minutes. You need to grill it until the breadcrumbs start to appear brownish in color. Once done, you can start serving.
I usually do it for 10 to 15 minutes, but it all depends on the size.

If you're cooking the lobster tail on the grill, I've found you get the best results of you grill it meat-side down for 4-5 minutes, then turn it over and cook for another 2-3 minutes. The lobster is done when it becomes opaque.
Turn them upside-down, split them down the middle from head to end of tail, take out the tomalley (the green stuff). Combine tomalley with soda crackers and garlic butter. Stuff the lobster with the mixture. About 45 Minutes marinated with a tablespoon of olive oil added to the marinade before cookingsorry, if you BROIL anything for 45 mins it will be black and on fire. broil is the highest setting on the oven and continuous heat. you can bake for 45 mins but dont broil it that long. like steak you should only broil about 5 mins on one side and 5 on the other, take it out, cover with foil for about 10 mins to let it finish cooking. i have not done this yet, but im trying tonight, but i do know you can not broil it for 45 mins or you will set your house on fire!!ok so i just read that you do the chicken thighs 10 to 15 on each side.

One should par broil Miami ribs for 15 to 20 minutes. Take the ribs out of the water mixture and pat dry before cooking.
You could put it on a metal steak plate and broil it in the oven. I would set it for about 350 check to see how it looks in order to know when to take it out. It should take about 10 minutes.
