well it all depends r u gonna keep it all stock looking or do body kits, u know all the tuner add ons...... Depending on body style u want, engine brand new or used and rebuild it, basically u gotta find all the parts that come with whatever civic yr and model u want.. Also how much time u spend on it will depend on how long it takes and also saying everything is ordered correctly, everything fits ok, and everything works that u buy... hope this gives u a idea on what stuff u need to start by doing before asking how long it will take.
