A 5 kg turkey should cook for about 3 hours if unstuffed in the over. If the turkey is stuffed, it should cook for about 3.5 hours.
Roast at 325 to 350 degrees. Size of turkey will define how long to cook but the internal temp of the bird (@ breast) should be 185 degrees.
Stuffed - 8 1/2 hours
Cooking smoked turkey breast is much faster and much simpler than cooking a fresh turkey. Just follow the cooking instructions on the Jennie-O packaging.
It depends. The average turkey is cooked at 1.5 hours, but it doesn't mean that time suits every turkey.

About 7 1/2 hours, unstuffed. Cook it until it is 165 F in the thigh and 175 in the breast. It would probably be best to remove the juice every couple of hours, otherwise it may well boil over.
A really long time. Most turkey cooking times are based on 350 or 375 degrees so 225 would take much longer. 21 pounds is a lot of turkey, and it would be important if you stuffed your turkey or not. The answer is basically 8 hours unstuffed. It would be best to use a meat thermometer to ensure that the breast and the thigh reached at least 165 degrees. If you don't have a meat thermometer, eight hours should be sufficient for you to go out and buy one.
425 degrees is much too high to cook the turkey, reduce your heat to 350degrees, and cook it for approx. 71/2 hours.
2 hours 25 minutes, at 350 degrees. Don't forget to baste the bird, every forty minutes.
