When grilling chicken, or anything else for that matter, you want to minimize flipping as much as possible. Because the heat needs to restart penetrating the meat on the side you flip it to, each flip lengthens the overall cooking time. Ideally, you only want to flip things once, but you may need to flip more often to get even cooking or prevent burning, especially if the chicken still has the skin on it. Always try to keep flame from contacting the chicken directly, either by raising the rack or moving the chicken away from flare-ups.
If you're cooking chicken breast or thighs, 15 - 20 minutes. A whole chicken in a covered BBQ takes an hour, depends how big it is though - use a meat thermometer if you're not sure.
You have to cook the chicken breast 5-6 minutes on each side depending on the thickness.
I will grill chicken until it reaches 170 to 180 degrees.

Food your would normally cook on your grill can also be cooked on a infrared gas grill. Food such as steaks, chicken, and ribs can all be prepared with this type of grill.
Charcoal and gas grills usually cost around the same in the long run. It is more expensive to buy a gas grill, but charcoal to use in a charcoal grill is much more expensive than gas to use in a gas grill.
