I need someone to answer i know that a pool is 25 back and forth is 50 so i want to know is 4 laps back and forth are 200meters or 200 feet or something
It depends on how fast you swim, but an Olympic athlete like Michael Phelps could do it in 23 seconds
200 meters
with or without milk?
Using the minimum requirements for an "Olympic" size swimming pool of 50m long, 25m wide and 2m deep, volume in mm is 2,500,000,000,000. An ITTF approved table tennis ball is 40mm. If they stack perfectly in the pool, they will stack just like if they were cubes. The volume of a cube the same size is 64,000mm. If stacked perfectly 390,625,000 ping pong balls should fit into an olympic swimming pool.
Smart thinking, good question, but no answer.
LC means long course meter pool, the Standard Olympic Distance. Answer It means a pool 50 metres long so 100 metre events can take place by doing 2 lengths SC is a 25 metre pool
Are you actually and realistically thinking that you can build a 165 foot swimming pool in your yard. Come on people do some home work and do the math!!! The area for the equipment alone would take up an area the size of the average community home! Most people, it seems, are under the unrealistic impression that a 20' x 40' pool is an Olympic pool . . . . NOT! k
It would take about 1.71 minutes at that pace. However, no human can swim 35 mph!

Alot!
Yes, I've seen it done in the 50m male's free, almost all the swimmers didn't take a breath.
It depends on which pool you swim in. If it is a 25m pool then it will take 20 laps to finish but if it is in a 50 meter pool, which is Olympic size, it will be 10 laps to do 500 meters.
$120 A Bottom Surface SF ANSW:: most people refer to a 20 x 40' residential pool as an Olympic pool... IT IS NOT AN OLYMPIC POOL size pool and nowhere near it. The 20 x 40' pool would fit several times inside an Olympic.
Well, it depends on the size of heat pump and the size of pool! However, a 30x12 ft, 2-3.5ft deep pool with an 18kw heater will take 4 to 5 days.
