No - that would be the Thames river flowing through London ! There is no River Penzance in the UK. ADDED: LOL! Penzance is a town in the county of Cornwall, a long way from London. It's not far from Land's End, the far SW tip of the SW English peninsula. There are through rail services between the two, though.
