On a good day, six to seven hours. My recommendation would be to try to be through DC before 5 a.m. Get caught in traffic through the DC Metro area (and you'll be stuck in it all the way to Fredericksburg), and it'll take much longer.
The longest runway at Raleigh Durham airport is RWY 5L-23R, which is 10,000 feet in length & 150 feet wide.
The flight time from Raleigh, North Carolina to India is: 17 hours, 3 minutes
Google Maps estimates the driving time as 5 hours and 37 minutes.
The flight time is 1 hour, 39 minutes.
Like any driving trip. It depends on what time you make the trip. It should take about 3 and a half hours. Don't try to make it through Raleigh early in the morning (7-8am)or in the afternoon (4-6PM). The interstate and beltline get real slow during those times.
From Edinburgh to Durham is nearly 130 miles and would take about 2 hours 45 minutes to drive.
Baltimore is in Maryland
Depending on where in Raleigh you are, and how traffic is, 20 to 40 minutes.
I had to drive from Garner (which is essentially a southeastern extension of Raleigh) to Hammond, Indiana (which is right on the state line just before you enter the Chicago metro area) for traffic court. The drive was about twelve hours, but I also got there when traffic was light. You hit I80/90 when traffic isn't light, and it could add to your travel time significantly.
