2-4 days depends on how much how often and your body system.
if you take concerta and stop and have to take a drug test two days later, will concerta show up at all.
what i was told by my doctor, was it only stays in your system for a few days after you stop taking it
When will my question be answered
No; Concerta contains a central nervous system stimulant known as methylphenidate.
Concerta (methylphenidate) has a half-life of about 3.5 hours, meaning it takes approximately this time for the body to eliminate half of the dose. It typically takes about 5 half-lives for a drug to be mostly cleared from the system, so Concerta 54mg would likely take around 18 to 30 hours to be eliminated completely. However, individual factors such as metabolism, age, and overall health can influence this timeframe.
I wouldn't unless that's what the doctors orders are. If you are only supposed to take one only take one. I work for a psychiatrist and although I have seen them switch someone from Concerta to Adderall or vice versa, I have never seen them prescribe both at once or recommend that they switch in the middle of the day. Concerta is long acting and although you might feel a come down feeling after it peaks, it is active in your body for on average 12 hours from the time it is taken. If you take the Adderall while the Concerta is still in your system I doubt it would make you feel better and could even make you feel worse.
can you take paracetamol and concerta together
Yes; taking some expectorants can reduce the effectiveness of Concerta. If you need to take an expectorant for an extended period of time, consult your doctor.
Concerta (methylphenidate) has a half-life of approximately 3.5 hours to 4 hours in adults. This means that it takes about this time for the body to eliminate half of the dose. Generally, it can take about 24 hours for the drug to be mostly cleared from the system, although traces may remain longer. Individual factors like metabolism, age, and overall health can influence this duration.
Take it when you don't have ADD or ADHD.
Yes
Codeine is OK to take while on concerta, however, be careful with a codeine cough syrup. Some codeine cough syrup also contains Pseudophedrine Hydrochloride, a decongestant. Pseudophedrine Hydrochloride will react with concerta and cause nervousness, shakiness, increased heart rate, and anxiety. The reason being is that concerta is a Central Nervous System (CNS) stimulant and so is Pseudophedrine Hydrochloride, causing a "double whammy" to your CNS. It depends from person to person on if the codeine will cause drowsiness or wakeuflness.
