It typically takes four semesters which are usually spread out over a two year period to get an associate's in business management. That time frame would be for a full time student and would take longer if only attending school part time.

In general 60 credits. However; due to various factors beyond my control (inappropriate guidance from my advisor), I had 65 plus credits before receiving my A.A.S.

What are the required credits at Tacoma Community College?

The required coursework and credits are strictly dependent on the specific program of study. The credits and coursework required forengineering would be quite different from a major in nursing. Typically, the associates degree can require 60 to 64 credits to complete, however, there are some degrees that require a bit more (some into the seventies). The required coursework and credits are strictly dependent on the specific program of study. If I have two degrees that equal the credits of a associate's degree can I get a degree that say a associates on it?

First, your indicating you already have two degrees. So, I don't understand your question as such. If you have accumulated credits at different schools that equal the number of credits required for an associates degree, you cannot claim you have an associates degree. Degrees require more than just an accumulation of credits. The credits must be in specific areas, under a specific program of study, within an acceptable grade point average, as prescribed by the college.

Do you add associate's degree credits to get bachelors degree?

If you are in a transfer program at the associates level, and transfer to a four year college or university within the same field, your credits should be awarded toward your bachelors degree. In other words, an associate in business (transfer program), to a bachelor's in business should transfer well. Thus, two years at the associates level, and two additional years at the bachelor's level.
