30 days is the usual processing time to receive PF for withdrawals but in case you are withdrawing while switching jobs, your old employer will actually submit your withdrawal request only after 60 days of you leaving them, so the total will be 90 days.

Someone can make PF changes using their firewall. However, one should take extra caution when changing their PF and should know what they're doing before even attempting to do it.
