Officially it is said:
3 balls takes a day.
4 balls takes a month.
5 balls takes a year.
7+ are mastered only after years of experience and practice.
I learned a comfortable, albeit short term (average 2 minutes without messing up) 5 ball cascade in about 6 months.

As a juggler, I will say that in theory it should be easier to juggle on the moon. There are physical simulators that should show how much easier it would be, theoretically. Here is a link to one: http://www.solipsys.co.uk/new/JuggleKrazy.html?JuggleKrazy Having taught people to juggle, I would have to say that being on the moon would matter less for a person learning to juggle. When learning to juggle, it always comes down to making yourself let go of that third ball, so the key part of three ball juggling has nothing to do with a ball in flight but one clenched in your unopened fist. From trying to learn to juggle three balls with one hand, I am also reminded that it is more a matter of when I throw each balls rather than how high they go or how long it takes them to fall back. For past astronauts it would have been a nightmare, no room in the landing craft and one bad drop could ruin valuable equipment, and when you went outside you had gloves like oven mitts to deal with.
Hitting a ball against a wall is something we automatically learn from birth.

One thing you can do is make sure that you are up to scratch with your fitness, you need sprinting in football especially if youre an attacker. A simple thing for you to do is to learn how to juggle as this improves your control of the ball. This doesn't have to be long it can be for 10 -15 min per day and don't neglect your weaker foot do both feet equally. You can also practise looking up whilst dribbling as you become aware of your surroundings. Keep the ball on the ground as much as you can. Hope these helped if you need more tips find some small exercises that you could do with the football.
depends how big the ball is >.>
Don`t throw the long ball
