Elizabethtown and Harrisburg, PA are just about 21 miles apart from town center to town center. In fact, Elizabethtown would locally be considered part of the "Harrisburg Metro Area," and mail shouldn't take long to get from one town to the next. A first class letter, in my experience, would get from one to the other next day if you mail it before the post office's final pickup. Priority mail is about as quick, and other services might take an extra day if it's a particularly busy week. Of course, an "Overnight" or "Next Day" option should guarantee you those results, though it probably isn't necessary in most cases.
