Yes, the growth of mold is encouraged by moisture and grapes have moisture in them so they can mold.

First question is "Why are you doing the project?" I am guessing that you are doing a science fair project. A question could be: How long does it take for fresh green grapes to begin molding? Or you could buy fresh grapes, split the bunch in half and store one half in the refrigerator and one half on the kitchen counter. Allow the grapes to mold and compare the number of days required for the grapes to grow mold. This study could be titled "How much longer do grapes remain free of mold if they are refrigerated rather than left at room temperature?"

The banana will take a while to mold. It stays fresh till about the 6th day.
It takes a week in a half for a strawberry to begin to mold.
It really shouldn't mold if there's nothing for the mold to feel upon.
